Our family’s story begins with my parents, who emigrated from Cyprus in 1974. My father, a lifelong farmer at heart, left the land behind to build a life in America, but his connection to farming never faded. After years of hard work, he was able to purchase this very farm.
When I married, my wife, an 8th-generation dairy farmer, joined the farm as well, bringing with her years of knowledge and a strong work ethic. Together, we raised our three children on this farm, passing down the skills of farming along with the values of hard work and family.
Today, three generations of our family work together to keep the farm running smoothly. Following Hurricane Irene in 2011, we made the decision to shift from hay farming to growing grains, corn, and produce. After my father passed away in 2012, I took over the farm and continued the work he started.
Farming isn’t just about crops—it’s about creating something from the land, knowing where your food comes from, and taking pride in that process. We are proud to provide fresh, quality produce to our community, while staying true to the work and values that built this farm.
This farm is more than just a business—it’s a legacy. We’re honored to continue the tradition my parents started and excited for what’s ahead. Together, we’re focused on building a future for the next generation, while continuing to serve our community with fresh, high-quality food.
